Porter Business Growth helps small business owners unlock time, profit, and peace of mind by simplifying operations, improving strategy, and aligning teams to what matters most. We currently offer three services based on your need and budget:

Tier 1: Clarity Business Coaching ($150 / month)

This package is ideal for a business owner who is looking for someone to bounce ideas off of or solicit guidance and advice for specific business problems and challenges.

• Start with three months of business coaching with optional month to month engagement after. Engagement can last anywhere from 3-12 months.
• Each session is 45 minutes and will be virtual (more available for an additional fee)
• Conversations will be open-ended discussion of business challenges, strategy, and decision-making.  
• Coaching doesn't just occur during meetings, so this package also includes off-line email communication (e.g. email follow-up) on topics discussed or follow-up questions. Often times we will talk about a topic and I will share an article or podcast that is relevant to our past discussions.

Tier II: Momentum Business Engagement (~$2500-$7500 per engagement, depending on scope)

Ideal for business owners needing short term help with a defined problem but also want on-going coaching throughout the engagement. Don't worry, I can help define the problem if it is unclear what needs to be done but your gut tells you something isn't right.

• These engagements are typically 2-3 months in duration
• The package includes everything in Tier I but with a focused objective designed to drive measurable outcomes (e.g. define a business strategy, improve a process, etc.)
• There will be virtual coaching sessions and regular project meetings. The project meetings may be in-person if within SE Michigan and pre-arranged.
• "Homework" is assigned during the project sessions and we will have check-ins during the virtual coaching sessions.

Tier III: Velocity Fractional Employment (Please inquire for a cost estimate based on project scope)

Ideal for scaling businesses who need help but are not ready for a full-time hire.

• Includes regular coaching session with the owner (Tier I) with also measurable business outcomes (Tier II)
• Includes providing integration into client’s systems, tools, and workflows - on-site support available for businesses in SE Michigan and pre-arranged.
• Involves the delivery of actual outcomes by me as an employee and not just as a recommendation which is typical in Tier II. For example, in a Tier II engagement we may discuss what a new operational process may need to look like to solve a problem, but a Tier III package would involve me working in, defining, documenting, and training (if necessary) the new process.
